   The "Device Type" is a DATA8 (signed byte) used for quick reference to a devices type in the VM byte codes.
   The range is from 0 to 127 and it is possible to have 100 different device types. The value is allocated below:

   --------    ----------------------------------------------------

   0           "Don't change type" type

   1..50       Reserved for LEGO existing and future devices

   51..100     Free to 3th. party devices

   101..127    Reserved for internal use


   An additional MODE is used to change function on sensors that supports more than one function.
